2. Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / accused 1 and 2 and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the respondent Police, after conducting enquiry, has registered a regular case, in Crime No.6 of 2016, on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh anticipatory bail application by giving the Crime No.6 of 2016. sd/- 08/03/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
