ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.Suthakaran Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.Side), for the First and Second respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed to extend the bail for surrender of the petitioner and to file the bail application in connection with Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent, as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.6289 of 2022, dated 05.04.2022. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, time to extend the bail for surrender of the petitioner and to file the bail application in connection with Crime No.8 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent is extended till 10.05.2022, failing which the same shall automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
