The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 22.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.5 of 2016, under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C., on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.02.2016.
