[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The Petitioner is the mother of the detenu.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the detenue is 22 years old. She has married one Vignesh. The detenue was brought before the police station, in which she has given a letter about the factum of marriage and her willingness to go with her husband. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention.

3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
