Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAJESHWARAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/C.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail order, dated 22.12.2020 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15417 of 2020.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not complied the condition that has been imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15417 of 2020.

3. In the said order in paragraph No.8(g) it has been specifically mentioned that if on breach of any conditions imposed, the trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioners in accordance with law.

4. Since the specific order has been passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15417 of 2020. dated 22.12.2020 the petitioner is directed to approach the court concerned.
