O R D E R

This petition is filed to issue a direction directing the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file Charge Sheet in Crime No.10 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent within the time fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the witness and the second respondent is the defacto complainant in Crime No.10 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 403, 380(2), 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner that even after lapse of three years, charge sheet was not filed before the concerned Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and he would seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11719 of 2021 investigation and file Final Report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the Final Report, compliance Report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
