This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.02.2016.
2. It is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.02.2016, enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
