[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father seeking direction to the respondents to produce the detenu/daughter, namely, Selvalakshmi, aged 21 years, who was studying first year B.B.A. 2.According to the petitioner, his daughter was found missing from 01.09.2017. Since the whereabouts of the detenu is not known, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, a status report has been filed by the second respondent, wherein it transpires that the detenu must have been along with one Ajith, S/o.Nagamalai and a special team has been formed and as their cell phones are switched off, the special team is not in a position to trace out the whereabouts of the detenu.
