No. 1 of 2014 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, (Act 43 of 2005).

ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudui Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District to expeditiously dispose off the petition filed by the petitioner in D.V.O.P. No. 1 of 2014 under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, (Act 43 of 2005).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudui Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District to dispose the case pending in DVOP No. 1 of 2014 within a period of Six Months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
