PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's objection petition dated 29.03.2023 and hearing the petitioner while any documents filed by the respondents 4 to 7 for registration pertaining to the properties of bearing Survey Nos.369/2A, 369/2C and 371/2A- Patta No.1135, situated at Koompur Revenue Village, Kujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul.

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a writ of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's Objection Petition dated 29.03.2023.

2. The writ petitioner has raised an apprehension that the respondents 4 to 7, who register a document, adverse to the interest of the petitioner herein.

It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that no document has been presented for registration relating to the property in Survey Nos.369/2A, 369/2C and 371/2A in Patta No.1135, situated at Koompur Revenue Village, Kujiliyamparai Taluk, Dindigul.

4. This Writ Petition has been filed only on apprehension. I must point out that the petitioner had impleaded his own sister as the sixth respondent and he has stated that he does not know the name of husband of his own sister.

5. This Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.06.2023 Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No ssb 3/5
