This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to issue Non Traceable Certificate on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.05.2019. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that initially the crime was registered in Crime No.377 of 2019 for the offence under Section 379 of IPC. Subsequently, the complaint was closed as undetectable one.
