*********** This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for uploading the FMB copies in respect of his properties comprised in S.Nos.55/11A, 55/12B, 55/13 of Ladanenthal Village, Tiruppachethi Firka, Tiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2022, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner has filed documents along with this writ petition including the sale deed standing in his name. The patta for the property is also enclosed. The contention of the petitioner is that in the website, the FMB copies for his property has not been uploaded. He has given a representation on 14.02.2022 for the said purpose.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.8407 of 2022 4.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.02.2022 seeking for uploading of the FMB copies pertaining to his properties comprised in S.Nos.55/11A, 55/12B, 55/13 of Ladanenthal Village, Tiruppachethi Firka, Tiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner including granting him the right of personal hearing within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
