Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 09.04.2015 and his reminder letter, dated 23.09.2015 and in pursuance to the call letter vide No.jmNgh/Fk;g/epH/ggpgp2/459/2014, dated 08.12.2014 issued by the respondent and whereby the interview was conducted to the petitioner on 23.12.2014 and thereby directing the respondent to issue an appointment order to the petitioner in the post of conductor in the Trichy Division in Kumbakonam (Ltd.,) Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation.
