This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.444 of 2015, dated 28.07.2015, within a time limit. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions,would submit that after completion of investigation, the 2nd respondent police has filed charge sheet in Crime No.444 of 2015, on 29.08.2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
