Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.PRABHU.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2068 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11308 of 2020 on 10.03.2021

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.2068 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11308 of 2020 on 10.03.2021 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3690 of 2021 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
