This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.190 of 2018, dated 18.05.2018 pending on the file of the Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned.

O R D E R

This application has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.190 of 2018, dated 18.05.2018 pending on the file of the Respondent herein and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that a charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangulam and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.213 of 2018.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet in accordance with law.
