ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of any complaint.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by one Amalraj, in which, it is stated that the petitioner alleged to have received some loan from the said Amalraj and failed to repay the same, the fourth respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and also threatening him to repay the amount. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.Today, the Inspector of Police, Jaihindpuram Police Station, Madurai has filed a detailed counter stating that based on the complaint given by one Amalraj, enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner herein did not turn up for enquiry, now the petition enquiry was closed and the said Amalraj was directed to approach competent Civil Court for getting relief and the copy of closure report was also sent to the petitioner by post. 4.Considering the fact that after conducting enquiry, the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for further adjudication. However, the fourth respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
