Muniyandi (aged 35 years) before this Hon'ble Court from the illegal custody of the respondents and set them at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of the detenues from the custody of respondents and to set them at liberty.

2.Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the detenues were arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody in connection with the cases in Crime Nos.369, 371 to 373 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent.
