This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.23069 of 2025 dated 16.12.2025.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and that the investigation in this case is completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
