ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a retired employee of the fifth respondent society. Her case is that she has to be paid a sum of Rs.5,64,944/-. This figure is contested by the fifth respondent. According to the fifth respondent, what remains to be paid to the petitioner is only Rs.2,70,156/-. In exercise of writ jurisdiction, this Court may not be able to workout the correct figure. I will therefore go by the admitted position of the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent shall pay the admitted 2/4

amount to the petitioner in five equal monthly installments. The first installment will commence on 01.06.2023.
