RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 6698 of 2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court in crime no. 13 of 2019 on the file of the Respondent dated 01.07.2020 and thus render Justice Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.MICHEAL SEBASTIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 21.07.2020 without fail.
