JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard the learned Additional Advocate General for the appellants and the learned counsel for the respondent / writ petitioner. 2.The writ petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned land which was the subject matter of ULC proceedings. She filed W.P.(MD)No.13819 of 2010 challenging the ULC proceedings and the said writ petition was allowed on 25.04.2013 and it was held therein that the ULC proceedings stood abated. The said order has not been put to challenge till date. So long as the said order dated 25.04.2013 is holding the field, the writ petitioner cannot be denied the relief as sought for in W.P.(MD)No.26426 of 2023. In fact, the relief sought for in the present writ petition is rather consequential in nature. That is why, the learned 2/4

single Judge allowed the writ petition on 13.08.2024. We do not find any merit in this writ appeal and it stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. (G.R.S.
