O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 31.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 31.08.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has had live-in-relationship with one Selvan Robert, who is alleged to have cheated her. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
