Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.C.Karthick, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the sixth respondent.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner preferred the present writ petition alleging that the third respondent stopped bank transactions of the Society's account.

4. On notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that in view of the operation of the account by the president of the Society and the Secretary jointly, the letter issued to the bank was withdrawn and now the petitioner is free to operate the bank account.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
