ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation to the first respondent dated 19.06.2018 for granting police protection. Since the said representation has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed the present this petition for the aforesaid relief.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that if the petitioner's representation is pending for consideration, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the above submissions made on either side, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.06.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
