This petition is filed to direct the third respondent police to conduct enquiry in pursuance of the complaint No.G3/35/18 preferred by the petitioner before the first respondent and proceed further in proper manner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9265 of 2019 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that based on the compliant given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in G3/35/18 and during the course of enquiry, it was found that another complaint has been received by the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur for the very same subject matter and the same was registered in Crime No.13 of 2018 and later it was found that the suit is filed by the parties. Based on the suit, the complaint was closed.

3.Since the very same complaint registered in Crime No.13 of 2018 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
