O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 20.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 20.02.2016, it is seen that the petitioner is an Advocate and the opposite party is his client and further it is seen that the dispute between them is with regard to some payment, which seems to be a civil in nature. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
