Respondent Plaintiff Prayer: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam to take up and dispose the original suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018 within the time bound. For Petitioners : Mr.K.Kannan
O R D E R
The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam to take up and dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018 within a time limit fixed by this Court.
2. The respondent is the plaintiff and he has filed a suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam against the petitioners/defendants seeking for the relief of declaration that the order passed by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai in Nu.Mu.No.65324/2012/G3 dated 04.12.2017 as null and void. The suit has been filed on 09.01.2018 and the first petitioner is fighting for his interest ever since 1984 and now he is aged about 88 years. The first petitioner is not having any source, except the properties which are the subject matter in the suit. Therefore, the petitioners have approached this Court by invoking the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018 within a particular period.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Since the petitioners have sought for a limited prayer for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018, no notice is necessary to the respondent, which would cause no prejudice anyway to the respondent. Apart from this, the first petitioner is aged about 88 years and he has been fighting for his interest on the properties from the year 1984. Therefore, I am inclined to pass the following order:
The learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day-to-day basis without giving any adjournment to either parties. The parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for early disposal of the suit within the time limit fixed by this Court for passing orders.
5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
