ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to initiate proceedings Under Section 107 and 145 of Cr.P.C. against the respondents 3 to 7 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 30/01/2019.

2.When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no such representation or complaint has been received by the official respondents. But however, postal receipt has been affixed in the copy of the complaint. It appears that it is a property dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents herein. She has to make a proper complaint, if any trouble is made by the private https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9266 of 2019 respondents. On the basis of the representation, she cannot request the Revenue Divisional Officer to initiate proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

3.Let the petitioner sent a proper complaint setting out the facts and circumstances and the trouble that is experienced at the hands of the private respondents and if any complaint is made by the petitioner, the second respondent shall consider the same. Except this direction, no further relief can be granted to the petitioner.

4.With the above directions and liberty, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
