This petition is filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the criminal appeal against the Judgment passed in C.C.No.176 of 2023 dated 11.03.2025 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC & NDPS Act Cases, Pudukkottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who takes notice for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit, delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
