ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 08.01.2016 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 08.01.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 28.01.2016. A copy of the closure report has already been served to the petitioner.
