To call for the entire records pertaining to the judgment and conviction imposed by the Special Court under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest Depositors(In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997, Madurai) in C.C.No.6 of 2011 vide judgment dated 04.03.2022 and set aside the same by acquitting the appellants. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANAND.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3509 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD).No.218 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4. In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3509 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD).No.218 of 2022 dated 24.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Crl.A(MD).No.218 of 2022.
