This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.15 of 2019, on the file of the first Respondent Police, dated 11.06.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the co-accused moved a petitions in Crl.OP(MD)No.7803 of 2019 & Crl.OP(MD)No.8628 of 2019 before this Court, seeking anticipatory bail and during the course of hearing, it has been submitted by both sides that the matter has been settled between the parties and so, the respondent herein was directed to file action drop report before the concerned Court. In pursuance of the above said direction, further action has been dropped in view of the compromise that has been reached between the parties and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.
