Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General informs the Court that the order passed by this Court has been honoured by issuance of proceedings dated 20.12.2022. Copy of the same has also passed on. It is seen that the first respondent had approved the petitioner's appointment with effect from 16.07.2009. The petitioner will get her monthly salary from next month onwards. As regards arrears, the respondents seek six months time to clear the same. The said request is accepted. The contempt petition is closed. The respondents are present. Since the 2/4

contempt petition itself is being closed, the question of their further appearance does not arise at all.
