Side) submitted that a complaint was earlier lodged against the petitioner herein and that based on the undertaking given by the petitioner, the same was closed.It appears that the petitioner has not adhered to the undertaking given by him before the respondent. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) states that as and when they receive a fresh complaint from the defacto complainant, they may decide on the next course of action. As on date, there is no cause of action for maintaining this petition.
