This petition has been filed seeking the relief to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.252 of 2020, dated 06.05.2020, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 352 of IPC on the file of the first Respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.
2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the first respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that on 19.05.2020 itself, the first respondent has completed the investigation in Crime No.252 of 2020 dated 06.05.2020 and file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Tirunelveli. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
