O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to forbear the third respondent from conducting any meeting or election pursuant to the notice, dated 09.09.2015 by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 25.09.2015.

2.The notice, dated 09.09.2015 referred to in the prayer was addressed to all the Congregations/Pastors/Workers of India Evangelical Lutheran Church and the notice was signed by Mr.K.Baul Sundar, General Secretary-IELC. It is brought to the notice of this Court that Mr.K.Baul Sundar is no more the Secretary of the institution and he is not functioning as Secretary. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the said meeting was already convened as per the schedule and therefore no further consideration is required in respect of the relief as such sought for in this Writ Petition.

3.Accordingly, the Writ petition stands closed. It is left open to the parties to to redress their grievances, if any exists. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
