2. The petitioner is the Headmistress of Rengapalayam Panchayat Union Primary School. At present the Headmistress alone

is functioning in the said School. There are two sanctioned post in the said school. In order to ensure that a second teacher is also functioning in the said school, the fourth respondent has issued a proceedings dated 18.06.2017, by an interim arrangement. As per the interim arrangement, five sets of teachers have been directed to work in the said school for three months each. The said proceedings is placed on record. It is also hoped that a permanent teacher will be appointed in due course. The department will take a decision as regards posting a permanent teacher.
