ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in crime No. 291 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeking to quash the F.I.R.
2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been laid in C.C.No.17 of 2026, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi.
3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings.
