This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.42 of 2019 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.42 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC., and after completion of the investigation, the same was closed as mistake of fact.
