O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondents to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 25.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petition enquiry, in C.S.R.No.25 of 2016, was conducted as against the petitioner herein based on the counter complaint lodged by the opposite party. As regards the present complaint, dated 25.02.2016, is concerned, the same has been sent by post to the second respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appear in person before the second respondent along with this order and

lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 25.02.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
