ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to SPL.S.C.No.44 of 2018, on the file of the Mahila Court, Sivagangai and quash the same.

2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the trial has already been completed and the case is pending for arguments. He would further submit that on the prosecution side, 12 witnesses have been examined and the petitioner has not produced any defence evidence and that after closure of both sides evidences, the case stands posted for arguments.

4. Since the trial is completed and it is pending for arguments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
