ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6476/2019/AA2, dated 28.11.2019, initiated under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent has already passed an order through his proceedings dated 25.09.2023. The copy of the same was also placed before this Court.
