This petition has been filed to call for the records of the impugned F.I.R. in Crime No.21 of 2012 dated 12.01.2012 on the file of the respondent police so far as the petitioner/A.10 is concerned and quash the same.

2. Pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2016,, Mr.D.Rhenius Jesupatnam, Inspector of Polcie, (In-charge for South Police Station), Tuticorin is present.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.21 of 2012 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.I, Tuticorin and the same has been numbered as P.R.C.No.9 of 2016.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
