O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the brother of the detenue viz., Valarmathi, D/o.Radhakrishnan, aged about 23 years, stating that he is taking care of his sister-the detenue, who had completed M.Sc. (IT) Master Degree. While so, on 25.01.2017, the detenue was found missing and hence, he made a complaint to the respondents. However, no steps were taken to secure the detenue so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the second respondent produced the detenue before this Court. When we https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquired the detenue, she told us that she fell in love with one Karthick and on her own volition, she went along with him and both of them got married and she also told that she is not in illegal custody of anybody.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the detenue, we close the Habeas Corpus Petition leaving it open to the detenue to lead her own way of life.
