ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register F.I.R., and initiate necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner, dated 10.05.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 10.05.2018, against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by one Ramakrishnan, the respondent police has registered a case against the petitioner and his family members in Cr.No.285 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC. The petitioner also gave a complaint against the proposed accused and the same was enquired by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent police and it was closed as false complaint. 5.Recording submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, if necessary.
