MRI scan facility in Ramanathapuram District Government Head Quarters Hospital as early as possible within the time stipulated by this Court. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 27.10.2014 to the respondents.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2014, is directed to be disposed of by the respondents within a stipulated time.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.10.2014, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
