O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent from second respondent and to take appropriate action against one Jeyaraman and other accused.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations and the status of the accused, this Court is of the view that it will serve the interest of justice, if the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Samayanallur, is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent, after completion of the general elections to the Assembly.
