ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The relief sought for by the petitioner is to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.01.2015 for grant of Kuravan community certificate to the petitioner's children namely, Sasikumar and Selvam.

2.Mr.M.Alagadevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that unless and until, the application is given in a prescribed format, it would not be considered.

3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the petitioner is directed to furnish the application in the prescribed format to the second respondent for considering his claim in accordance with law. On receipt of such application, the said authority shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
