O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 05.09.2015, investigate into the matter and file a final report within the stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 05.09.2015, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.308 of 2015 was conducted and the same was closed on 10.03.2016.

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent Police is directed to serve a copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
